1. Intellectual Property Rights

The contents present on the Site, such as, without limitation, works, images, photographs, dialogues, music, sounds and videos, documents, drawings, pictures, logos and any other material, whatever their format, posted on the Site including, the menus, web pages, graphics, colors, patterns, tools, characters, and design of the Site, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and software that are part of the Site, are protected by copyright and by all other intellectual property rights of FareTessile or of the third parties, if any, that FareTessile has engaged. It is forbidden to reproduce, in whole or in part, in whatever form, the Site and its contents without express written consent of FareTessile.

Users are authorized solely to browse the Site and its content, accessing the services provided. Moreover, Users are authorized to make any temporary reproductions, devoid of any economic significance per se, which are considered transitory or secondary, and an integral and essential part of the actual viewing of the Site and its contents, and any other browsing operations that are performed solely for the purpose of legitimately using the same. Under no circumstances may the Users be authorized to reproduce, on any medium, in whole or in part, the Site and its contents.

2. Trademarks and domains

The exclusive owner of all trademarks and distinctive signs present of the Site is FareTessile.

 Any unauthorized use, or use that is not in compliance with the law, is strictly forbidden and can have legal consequences. The use of said trademark, as well as any other distinctive sign present on the Site, will not be allowed under any circumstance.

External and Inbound Links to and from Third Party Sites:

Our Site may contain hypertext links to other, unrelated Sites. The Site Operator cannot vouch for their content, nor for how they process personal data, as they are not controller or monitored by the Operator. These Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, refer exclusively to this Site, and Users visiting third party sites, should read thoroughly the relevant conditions of use and privacy policies.

Conversely, it will be possible to activate on third party sites links redirecting to the Site, only if the Site Operator has given his prior consent. This consent can be requested via email, at the above mentioned address […]. Upon encountering any unauthorized links, the Site Operator will have the authority to take action and pursue the immediate deactivation of these illegitimate links, as well as to uncover any wrongful business practice or any unfair competition, that is any action tarnishing the good name and reputation of the Site Operator, its Products and the companies of its group. Posting hypertext links (such as deep frames and deep links) to the Site or using unauthorized meta-tags is forbidden under any circumstance.

3. Content

The access, use and browsing of the Site are for personal use only, and must never be
related to commercial, entrepreneurial and professional purposes. Using and browsing
the Site are activities performed by you, thus the Site Operator must be excluded from
any liability for the User’s incorrect use of the Site. The Site Operator shall therefore
not be liable if, during your downloading activities, your device is damaged or if your
data is lost, except for those cases where such damages and losses are due to gross
negligence and willful misconduct of the Site Operator itself.

The Site Operator accepts no responsibility for damages deriving from the inaccessibility to the services present on the Site, disruption of the service, content cancellation, issues related to networks, providers or telephone and/or internet connections, unauthorized accesses, data alteration, failure and/or malfunction of your electronic equipment.

The responsibility to protect and make proper use of personal data, including the credentials that grant the User access to the restricted services, will fall on the User.

The User will also be responsible for any damaging consequences or prejudices against the Site Operator or third parties that may derive from the incorrect use, loss or theft of this data.

The Site Operator has adopted all reasonable measures aimed at preventing the posting on the Site of contents and images that are likely to infringe a person’s human rights and dignity, in any possible forms. However, should Users deem some of the content offensive to religious or ethical sensibility, or to common decency, they are encouraged to report said content by writing to the address customercare@faretessile.com. The Site Operator however warns that any potential access to content, that might be deemed harmful or offensive, is to be considered a consequence of the User’s deliberate decisions, and thus it falls under the User’s responsibility.

The Site Operator has also adopted any possible precaution to ensure that all the information present on the Site is correct, complete and updated. The Site Operator accepts however no responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the contents posted on the Site, unless otherwise detailed by the law. Should Users find any error in the information present on the Site or realize that such information is not duly updated, they are encouraged to contact the Site Operator, writing a report it to the address customer.care@faretessile.com.

4. Applicable Law and Resolution of Disputes

These General Conditions of Use are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from these General Conditions of Use between the Site Operator and the User, may be resolved through the Alternative Dispute Resolution tool made available on the website of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan (www.risolvionline.com).


These General Conditions of Use may be updated or modified from time to time by the Site Operator. Any such modification shall become effective when posted on the Site. We therefore suggest that you review this document regularly.


The access to and use of this Site are based on the assumption that these General Terms of Sales have been read, understood and accepted by the User. If these conditions are not accepted, on the whole or in part, the User is invited to avoid any access or use of the Site.


The offer and sale of Products on the SIte www.faretessile.com is governed by these General Terms of Sale.


The present General Terms of Sale The present General Sales Conditions are applied to the sale of Products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the Site www.faretessile.com.

The Products sold on this Site can be purchased and delivered exclusively in those countries listed in the order form.


The Products are sold directly by FareTessile, Luca Trucco & C. sas, with registered office in Corso Indipendenza, 31, 12038, Savigliano (CN), with VAT registration number IT03746420045 -Rea CN313801 PEC info@pec.faretessile.com.

The Products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered at the time of compilation and transmission of the electronic order form with simultaneous acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The offers of Products on the Site www.faretessile.com are intended for adult Customers. If you are below age 18, you must have the permission of one of your parents, or a legal guardian, before you can purchase on the Site www.faretessile.com.

By placing an order on this Site, you are guaranteeing us that you are an adult (18 years old) and have the legal ability to enter into a binding contract. The Customer is forbidden to use false, invented and/or imaginary names while placing an order, as well as in the following communications.

The Seller reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse in the interests and defense of all costumers. By accepting these Conditions of Sales, the Customer acknowledges to be, if the situation arises, the only one responsible for committing any error or providing incorrect tax documents while placing the online order, thus releasing the Seller from any liability that may derive from these errors.

Sales Through the eCommerce Service

The term “Online sales contract” indicates the remote contract for the sale of chattel goods by the Seller, entered into between the Customer and the Seller, in the context of an eCommerce service provided by the Seller, which uses the remote communications technology known as the Internet.

To conclude a contract for the purchase of one or more Products, you must fill out the electronic Order Form and send it to the Seller over the Internet by following the relative instructions.

The Order Form contains:

  • a reference to these General Conditions of Sale;
  • information and pictures for each Product and its price;
  • the methods of payment that you can choose from;
  • the delivery methods for the purchased Products and the relative shipping and delivery costs;
  • a reference to the conditions for exercising you right of withdrawal;
  • the methods and times for returning the Products purchased.

FareTessile adopts state-of-the-art measures to ensure that the photographs on the Site faithfully reproduce the original colors, including technological measures to reduce any inaccuracy to a minimum. It is however still possible to encounter some differences, caused by the technical characteristics and the color resolution on the computer that you are using. 

Consequently, the Seller will not be liable for any inaccuracy of the Product pictures on the Site due to the above technical reasons, since these pictures are only for illustrative purposes.
Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale, including the Notice of the right of withdrawal and the Privacy Policy.

The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your Order Form over the Internet and verifies that the data of the Order is correct. The language available for concluding the contract with the Seller is Italian and the contract is
governed by Italian law. After the conclusion of the contract, the Seller will be responsible for fulfilling your order.

Order Fulfillment

By sending the Order over the Internet, you unconditionally accept and commit to observe
these General Conditions of Sale in your relations to the Seller.
After the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you an Order Confirmation email, which
will contain the information relevant to your purchase.
It is possible that, before sending the Order Confirmation, the Seller will contact you at the
email address or telephone number you indicated, in order to request additional information
pertaining to your internet Order.

The Seller may refuse to fulfill your Order, in cases where sufficient guarantees of solvency are not provided, where Orders appear incomplete or incorrect, or the ordered Products are unavailable. In these cases, you will be notified via email, providing the relevant reasons, that the contract could not be concluded and thus will not be fulfilled by the Seller. Consequently, the sum authorized on the Customer’s means of payment will be released. It will however still be possible that some of the prices shown on the Site do not match the real prices of the Products.

We will however verify the prices while processing the Order, before shipping, so that any mistake can be rectified. Should the price displayed on the Site be lower than the actual selling price, as a result of oversights or other errors, we will contact you, asking you if you still want to purchase the Product at the correct price. If you decline, we will not be able to fulfill with your order. Should the right price of an item be lower than that shown on the Site, we will only charge you the correct, lower price and we will send you the Product.

If the Products present on the Site become unavailable or are no longer for sale after you already placed your Order, we will notify you as soon as possible, within e period of thirty working days from the placement of the Order. In this case, the sum authorized on the Customer’s means of payment will be released.

The Seller commits to deliver the purchased Products to the Customer within a period of thirty
days after the contract has been concluded. Each sale made by the Seller through the online sales service can regard one or more Products. Nevertheless, all orders made on the Site must be in meet the ordinary consumption requirements. This requirements pertain to the number of Products purchased in a single order, as well as to many different orders for the same Product, even if each single order contains an amount of Products in keeping with ordinary consumption requirements. 

FareTessile reserves the right to refuse orders from a Customer that it is currently suing relative to a previous order or from who it has a dispute with. This equally applies to any case in which FareTessile considers the client to be unfit, for reasons such as prior cases of breach of violations of the Site’s contract conditions for online purchases or for any other legitimate reasons, especially if the Customer was involved in any kind of fraudulent activity.


Except where otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all Product prices, shipping and delivery expenses indicated on the Site and in the Order include VAT and are expressed in Euros. The valid price is always and exclusively that which is shown on the Site at the moment when the Order is finalized and sent to the Seller. Product prices and shipping and delivery expenses may change without any prior mandatory notice to the Customer. Make sure to always check the final price before concluding an order.

All Products are shipped directly from Italy. Product prices and shipping and delivery costs are stated on the Site and on the Order form.

Payment Methods

Payments for the Products, as well as for shipping and delivery, can be made using the methods listed on the Order Form found on the Site www.faretessile.com, which are summarized below.

Credit Cards and Prepaid Cards

We accept payments by Credit Card and Prepaid Card (e.g. PostePay) without charging any additional fees to the Product and shipping costs. You must be the holder of a valid Credit Card at the time of your Order, and the name shown on the card must be the same indicated on the invoice. If these requirements are not met, it will not be possible to proceed with the Order.
At the time of the purchase, upon receiving the Order Confirmation, the bank of reference will reserve the amount of the order from the available credit on your Credit Card. The amount will only be debited to your Credit Card at the time the Products purchased are shipped. After paying for the purchased Products and receiving the package with your Order, you can decide, for any reason, to return the Products. In this case the Seller will authorize the refund and your bank will credit the amount back on your Credit Card.


If you have a PayPal account, FareTessile provides the option of paying directly using the email account and password you used when registering with www.paypal.com. FareTessile will at no time have access to your Credit Card information (e.g. Credit Card number, expiration date), which is sent

At no time during the purchase will FareTessile have access to your Credit Card information (such as the number of the credit card or its expiration date), which is sent directly to the subject that manages the electronic payment (bank or PayPal) over a connection protected by an encryption protocol. This data is not kept by the Seller in any computer archive. Thus, the Seller cannot, in any case, be considered liable for any fraudulent or undue use of Credit and prepaid cards by third parties.

Shipping and Delivery of the Products

Each shipment contains the Product(s) ordered and the relative accompanying shipping document/invoice. Purchased Products will be delivered by the courier, selected by the Seller, to the shipping address indicated by the Customer.

Upon receiving them, we ask you to check the integrity of the packages delivered by the courier. in the case of problems with the goods, point them out to the courier, make sure they are duly noted and reject the delivery. Otherwise, you may lose your rights in this regard.

Returns and Refunds

The Customer can decide to return any Product, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Within those 14 days, the goods must be shipped back to the Seller by the Customer. The following conditions must be respected in order to return an item:
We remind you that the Products must be returned to us in their original conditions, complete with labels and in their original packaging, which ensures that they are shipped back safely.

Returned items that have been damaged, washed, altered, or that are reasonably judged by FareTessile to have been already used, will not be eligible for a refund. Returns that don’t follow the return procedure defined by FareTessile will not be eligible for refund.

In order to return a purchased item, you need to send an email to the address customercare@faretessile.com, stating your surname, name, order number, serial numbers of the articles you want to return, and reasons for the return. The Customer Care staff will respond via email within 3 working days, specifying your return code and the steps to follow in order to complete the process.

Within 14 days of the return, you will be refunded using the same payment method that you
chose to make the purchase.

Warranty of Nonconforming Products

In compliance with Italian law, the Seller is responsible for defects in any of the Products sold on the Site, including the non-conformity of the items delivered, to those displayed and ordered on the Site.

In the case of non-conformity of the Products, the Customer, who signed the contract as a Consumer, will have the right to choose among having the Product repaired or replaced with no additional fee, receiving an appropriate price reduction, or canceling the contract, relating to disputed goods, and obtaining a refund.

All the expenses for the replacement of defective Products will be covered by the Seller.

Governing Law, Dispute Settlement and Competent Jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted according to it, without prejudice to any other mandatory rule prevailing in the country of habitual residence of the Customer. Therefore, the interpretation, execution and cancellation of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law (subject to any other mandatory law provision of the Customer's country which may prevail) and any disputes relating to and/or consequential to them shall be resolved exclusively by Italian courts (as specified below).

In particular, if the Customer qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes will be resolved by the court of his domicile or residence based on the applicable law or, at the Consumer’s choice in the case of a suit filed by the Consumer, by the relevant court.

Online platform for alternative dispute resolution (ODR). FareTessile is always willing to resolve any dispute amicably, via those direct contacts previously indicated, and Customers are hereby informed that in accordance with article 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 and the ODR measure issued pursuant to Statutory Instrument 500/2015 in force from 15 February 2016, the European Union has set up an online platform for ODR (online dispute resolution) relating to the purchase of goods online, which may be accessed via:

Modification and Updating

The Seller may modify or amend these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Therefore, we will ask the Customer to accept only those General Conditions of Sale, valid at the time of the purchase. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the Site www.faretessile.com and pertain only to the Orders placed after their date of publication.
