What are the payment methods?

Where can i enter the discount code?
You can enter the promotional
code at the time of purchase.
Once you reach the checkout section,
the discount code must be entered
in the appropriate space
at the side of the order summary.
When you enter the code, remember
to click Apply, and the total amount
will be automatically discounted
by the amount of the active discount.

How and when can I change and cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order,
you must promptly write an e-mail
to the address customercare@faretessile.com
or call the number +39 02 80897289
to be able to stop the order as soon as possible.
If you find that the size ordered is not the correct,
please contact customer service promptly
by e-mail or by phone,
in order to modify your order before it is shipped.
If the shipment has already taken place,
unless the price of the correct size
is not the same as that of the size ordered incorrectly,
it will be necessary to return the product
and consequent refund, and then place a new order.

What are the shipping costs and times? Can I track the order?

Shipping to Italy and Europe
Shipping is handled by express courier.
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over € 75,
in Europe over €100.
Shipping cost of €7,90 for Italy and €18 for Europe
for orders below the amounts indicated.
Shipping to England, Switzerland and non-European countries

Shipping is handled by express courier:
The shipping cost is 30€ for orders of less than 150€.
Shipping times
We usually ship the day following
the order and delivery takes within the next 48 hours.
Once the order has been shipped,
an e-mail is sent containing the shipment number
and a link to track the shipment.

If I buy the wrong size can I
return the product and receive a refund?

Yes in case of a wrong purchase the return
is always free of charge for a period of 30 days.
As our Conditions of Sale,
if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal
you must inform us by sending an email
to customercare@faretessile.com
within 14 days of purchase.
Once you have requested the return we will send you
a confirmation e-mail containing
instructions for returning the product
and the booking of the courier pick-up.
