Returns and Refunds

You can decide to return any product within 14 days of delivery. We will reimburse you the payment made for the purchase of the goods. Shipping costs, however, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Consumer Code (Art. 52 of D.Lgs 206/2005 as it has been modified by D.Lgs. 21/2014).

Reasons for the Return?

For replacement: all expenses will be covered by Fare*Tessile.

  • Damaged goods (only if accompanied by a picture of the damage and the packaging of
    the item at delivery)
  • Nonconforming goods: the item is different from its description (only if accompanied by
    a picture of the item)
For refund: shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • I don’t like the color
  • I’ve got the wrong size
  • I don’t like the style
  • I changed my mind

Conditions for returns:

The items must be returned in their original conditions, in their original packaging, in order to guarantee that they will not get damaged during delivery. Returned items that have been damaged, washed, altered, or that are reasonably judged by Fare*Tessile to have been already used, will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns that don’t follow the return procedure defined by Fare*Tessile will not be eligible for refund.

How to returns an item:

In order to return a purchased item, you need to send an email to the address customercare@faretessile.com, stating your surname, name, order number, serial numbers of the articles you want to return, and reasons for the return. The Customer Care staff will respond via email within 3 working days, specifying your return code and the steps to follow in order to complete the process.

Method of refunds:

Within 14 days of the return, you will be refunded using the same payment method that you chose to make the purchase.
