Returns and Refunds
Our goal is to let you try our garments with complete peace of mind. That's why we've made every step simple, clear, and hassle-free.
You may return any product within 14 days of the delivery date. We will refund the amount paid, net of the original shipping cost. (Italian Consumer Code, Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.)
For returns from Italy, shipping is free of charge within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization from our Customer Care team.
For returns from other European Union countries, please kindly contact us first at customercare@faretessile.com. Returns from abroad are made at your own expense, using a courier of your choice. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package, and send it to the address we will provide during the authorization process.
Reasons for Return
In all of the following cases, return shipping is covered by us:
- Size, model, or color exchange.
- Change of mind (e.g. "I don't like the color", "I ordered the wrong size").
- Damaged or nonconforming item (with photos of the product and the packaging received).
Return for Exchange (from Italy only)
The return is free of charge. The cost of the new shipment is borne by the customer: a €6.90 contribution.
Return for Refund
The return is free of charge. The refund will be issued net of the original shipping cost:
- If you received free shipping (orders > €100), €6.90 will be withheld.
- If you paid for shipping at checkout, only the value of the products will be refunded.
Exchanges from other EU countries
Exchanges are not available for returns from abroad. We will issue a refund for the returned items; if you would like a different size, please place a new order.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached and in their original packaging, to prevent damage during shipping. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged, washed, altered, or that, in FareTessile's reasonable judgment, appear to have been used.
Underwear cannot be tried on directly.
For garments in direct contact with the skin, such as T-shirts or polos, we recommend trying them on over clean clothing to ensure the integrity and hygiene required for a possible return.
Returns that do not follow FareTessile's procedure will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item
If you wish to return your order or part of it, please send an email to customercare@faretessile.com indicating your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our Customer Care team will reply within 3 business days with the instructions to proceed.

Refund Process
Once we have received the package and verified that the items are in order, we proceed with the refund right away, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Crediting times then depend on the payment circuit or your bank, and not on FareTessile: they usually take 3–5 business days.
