Returns and Refunds
Our goal is to let you try our garments without worry. That’s why we’ve made the return process simple, free of charge, and hassle-free.
You may return any product within 14 days from the delivery date. We will refund the amount paid, net of the original shipping cost. (Consumer Code – Art. 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014).
Reasons for Return
Returns are free of charge only for customers within the European Union and only in the case of size exchange.
In the following cases, return shipping will be covered by Fare*Tessile:
- Size exchange (only for customers in the EU)
- Damaged item (only if accompanied by photos of the damage and original packaging)
- Nonconforming item: the product differs from its description (only if accompanied by photos)
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For example:
- I don’t like the color
- I ordered the wrong size
- I don’t like the style
- I changed my mind
Only one free return is allowed per order.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached and in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged, washed, altered, or that, in FareTessile’s reasonable judgment, appear to have been used.
Underwear cannot be tried on directly.
For all garments in direct contact with the skin, such as T-shirts or polos, we recommend trying them over clean clothing to ensure the integrity and hygiene required for a possible return.
Returns that do not follow FareTessile’s return procedure will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please send an email to customercare@faretessile.com with the following details:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product codes of the items to return
- Reason for the return
Our Customer Care team will respond within 3 business days with your return code and the instructions to proceed.
Refund Process
The refund will be issued using the same payment method selected at checkout and will be processed within 5 days after receiving and verifying the returned items.
